Research purposes: The purpose of this study is to explore whether the different angles of thigh placement in supine position have influence on the recovery of waist after a certain period of load loading.During the whole load-bearing process,what is the trend of changes in body height creep and VAS index of waist pain,and if there is any difference between the height creep and waist pain index(Visual analog scale-VAS value)in the first load stage and the second load stage.After relaxing at different angles under the supine position,which position makes the best effect on height creep and waist pain VAS index.What's more,the paper aims to find Whether there was a correlation between height creep and lumbar pain index on the whole during the experiment.Research subjects: Twenty-one male subjects that are in good health and don't have low back pain and other lumbar diseases from Physical Education College of Shandong Normal University.Research methods: literature method,inquiry method,mathematical statistics method,experiment method,questionnaire method.Research contents: The experiment was carried out between 8: 00 am and 12: 00 am in order to avoid the interfere of the different height of the day on experiment data of their height.At the same time,in order to minimize the deviation of the experiment measurement,the high intensity exercises were avoided as far as possible 24 hours before the experiment.During the whole experiment,16 exercise cycles were performed in two groups,and then the author recorded their height five times respectively before the training,,after a five-minute break,after the end of the second group,and after relaxation and rest in different postures.The VAS index of lumbar pain was recorded 7 times respectively before the training,,after the end of the first group,after a five-minute break,after the eighth movements of the second group,after training and after relaxation and rest in different postures in the second group.Finally,the results were analyzed by means of mathematical statistics and a conclusion was drawn.Research results:1.In the whole experiment process,the height creep degree in the first stage of the experiment is larger,and the height creep degree in the second stage is smaller than that in the second stage.2.In the supine position,when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 0 °,the height creep is-18.7 ±7.3 mm;The height creep is-26.2 ±8.7 mm when when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 45 °;And when the angle is 90 °,the height creep is-5.1 ±4.1 mm.The best recovery effect is realized when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 45 °,followed by 0 °,and the worst recovery effect is received when the angle is 90 °.3.In supine position,the VAS index of lumbar pain was 23 ±5.43 when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 0 °;When the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 45 °,the VAS index of lumbar pain was 13.62 ±5.11;And the VAS index of lumbar pain was 24.48 ±9.44 when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 90 °.The recovery effect is best when the angle between the thighs and the horizontal plane is 45 °,followed by 0 °,and the recovery effect was the worst when the angle is 90 °.4.The correlation coefficient between height creep and VAS index of lumbago pain was 0.635 in the study of the influence of different placement angles of thighs in supine position on the recovery effect of waist.There was a correlation between height creep and lumbago pain.5.The results of the study on the creep of height at different angles between the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position: the difference of two angles at 0 °and 45 ° between the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position was significant at the level of 0.05,while there was no significant difference at 0.01 level(P < 0.012).The difference of two angles at 0 ° and 90 ° between the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position was significant at the level of 0.01(P=0.000).There is significant difference between the two angles at 45 ° and 90 ° of the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position at the level of 0.01(P=0.000).6.The results of the study on the VAS index of lumbar pain at different angles between the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position showed that the difference between different angles at 0 °and 45 ° of the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position is significant at the level of 0.01(P=0.000).There is no significant difference between the two angles at 0° and 90° of the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position at the level of 0.01(P=0.494).The difference of two angles at 45 ° and 90 ° between the thigh and the horizontal plane in the supine position is significant at the level of 0.01(P=0.000).
