With the rapid development of science and technology,the fields of computer and artificial intelligence become the most popular industry.It is often necessary to carry out the data processing of the complicated information,so that the problem can be simplified,which makes the research of mathematics greatly applied and expanded.In this regard,we have carried on the reform of the mathematics education many times,revise and perfect the standard of the mathematics curriculum of compulsory education,and further consolidate and develop the reform of the mathematics education.In order to train the students adapting to the new period and the new situation,the author thinks that the teacher plays an important role in the class,and we should make higher demands on the teachers so that the students can adapt to the development of the times and meet the requirements of the curriculum standard.In this paper,the background of the subject research is introduced,which is based on the basic idea of the general high school curriculum,the characteristics of the mathematics subject,the special physical and mental development characteristics of the high school students and the research background of the "a copy of three" in the new curriculum standard,and then the main problems of the subject research are set forth.In this paper,three methods of literature study,experimental research and investigation were used.The research significance,in particular from the teachers,the students and class,illustrates that the "effective regulation and control" is a vital part of the "a copy of three",is the central link of contacting the "track-by-track learning" and the "the cultivation of organic culture",and has a positive effect on both the teachers and the students.The paper analyzes the present situation of the research on the classroom regulation and the necessity of the subject research through a lot of data.Secondly,the theoretical analysis and practical study of the effective control instruction teaching are mainly carried out.In the theoretical aspect,the first,the concept of the "effective teaching",the "classroom regulation",the "a copy of three" and the "effective regulation and control" is defined,and the relevant theories involved in the study,such as the learning theory,The humanism learning theory,the meta theory and the recent development area are analyzed,the theoretical research and the case analysis are added,so that the content is more in-depth and more persuasive.Secondly,aiming at the main contents of the effective regulation and control,the contents of the classroom regulation,the requirements of the teachers and the relationshipbetween the "a copy of three" and the teachers are particularly expanded,and the content of the classroom regulation is divided into the self-regulation of the teachers,the regulation of the students and the regulation of the class.Self-regulation is divided into emotion regulation,language regulation,action control and intelligent regulation,and the control of students is divided into comprehensive regulation,comprehensive regulation,interest regulation,multiple regulation,equal regulation and feedback regulation.and the control of the classroom is divided into time regulation,spatial regulation,stage regulation and resource regulation.The regulation of classroom can be divided into time regulation,space regulation,stage regulation and resource regulation.The requirements for teachers can be divided into five aspects:thinking,wisdom,passion,individuality and culture.From the whole of "one capital,three possessions",this paper discusses the relationship between "three possessions".Relations again show that the three are mutually reinforcing and interrelated.In the practical aspect,the teaching process of the effective control instruction teaching mode is analyzed,and the related learning materials are given,so that the teaching process can be better applied to the teaching process.In addition,the section "Parabolic Standard Equation" in Edition B of General Senior High School Curriculum Standard Experimental Textbook Mathematics(People's Education Publishing House)is selected as a teaching case,which provides an example for the application of "effective regulation and guidance" in practical teaching.This section,as a teaching case,provides an example for the application of the "effective regulation and control" to the practical teaching.It is the experimental part,which is based on the23 and 24 class of the 2017 high-grade second grade of the happy Liu campus in the Shandong Normal University.The 24-class is the experimental class,and the 23-class is the control class.The independent variable is the teaching mode to implement the effective regulation and control.As a result,the interest of students in mathematics,the enthusiasm of the participation in the math class,the satisfaction of the math class and the learning effect of the class are the main variables.the interference of other independent variables is eliminated,the results of the mathematics test and the final examination achievement in the two shift periods are compared,and the questionnaire before and after the experiment is carried out,the obtained data is analyzed in detail,a table is made by using the Excel,and the bar graph is used to make the data more visual and clear,So that it is possible to sufficiently conclude that the implementation of the "effective regulation and control" is effective.Last but not least,this paper mainly summarizes the results of this study in detail,focusing on the theoretical research results of effective regulation and guidance teaching mode,which are embodied in the content of regulation and control,the requirements for teachers,and the relationship between "one book,three possessions".In the practical research,it mainly shows that the model is effective for improving mathematics of students achievement,stimulating interest in learning mathematics,enhancing enthusiasm of students and initiative in classroom participation,improving students' satisfaction with mathematics classroom and improving learning of students effect.On the other hand,it also discusses that the research results are timeliness and the implementation conditions are too high.It is hoped that the problems such as small size and short implementation time will be gradually improved in the future so as to achieve the goal of effective teaching.
