| Since the 1980 s,the functions of our government have gradually changed,the appropriate decentralization,the dominant position of citizens has gradually strengthened,and the implementation of the "National Fitness Plan" has resulted in the emergence of a large number of national fitness activities in the community,which is quite obvious compared with the mass sports organized by other organizations in our planned economy period.These communities "self-organization" in the national fitness activities to "medium and small-scale" characteristics,to meet the community residents’ needs for physical fitness,make up for the lack of government functions,change the role of participants,mobilize enthusiasm.Reflecting the tenacious vitality and broad development space of community sports,it has a very positive catalytic effect on the development of the current national fitness activities and the construction of the community in Chengdu.In order to understand the development of community sports in Chengdu and put forward some suggestions for its development direction,the author takes the research on the development status of community sports self-organization in Chengdu as the breakthrough point.Through the methods of documentation,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation(using long-term participation,visits and interaction with residents),mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper chooses sports self-organizing activities in Chengdu community to carry out better or general community in-depth investigation.Starting from the research background,significance,literature review and research object of the development of community sports self-organization,this paper studies the current situation,characteristics,potential advantages and development strategies of community sports self-organization.The results show that the situation of community self-organization has the characteristics of self-organization,the participants have insufficient understanding of self-organization,the participants’ gender,age and educational background are not balanced,the linear characteristics of self-organization management,the propaganda of self-organization activities is not in place,the participants receive information blocked,the single participant of activity project is not very active,and the participation is mainly superficial;At present,the self-organization in Chengdu community sports self-organization has loose characteristics.Participants have no strict self-restraint consciousness,the organization has serious ideas of waiting,relying and investing,the sense of ownership is weak,and the quality of community sports instructors for internal development is low.The lack of venues and funds affects community sports self-organization.The general problem of further development of organizational sports activities was found.The survey found that the sources of Self-organizational funds were single.The main reason was that the government supported the residents to raise funds by themselves.The amount of funds was insufficient,and only a small part of the internal expenditure of the organization was maintained.According to the results of self-organizing investigation of community sports in Chengdu and the existing problems,the corresponding strategies are put forward: to improve the awareness of community participants on the connotation of self-organizing of sports;to enhance the government’s propaganda to enhance the enthusiasm of residents to participate in activities;to strengthen the construction of community sports instructors and volunteers in Chengdu;to develop new sports events in community sports and enrich community sports self-organizing.Organizing activities;realizing resource sharing,developing cooperation with school sports;increasing investment,broadening sources of funds,realizing the balance between supply and demand of the community;reforming the management mode of community sports,releasing the development space of community residents’ autonomy;establishing the public platform of community sports network,realizing complementary advantages among communities. |
