Research On The Problems Of High School Students' Cyberbullying And Management Countermeasures

High school is an uniquely important time for adolescents because their minds are significantly developing and challenging.Because of the fast growth of advanced technology as of computer networks and electronic technologies,cyberbullying has become a public concern.The methodology used in this research are literary research,statistical analysis of questionnaire survey and interview survey.This paper selected 409 high school students from two schools in G city as the research object,paper questionnaires were distributed in class;collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.The research unfolds into five parts,which are high school cyberbullying identities,manifestations,tools and platforms,the relationship between cyber ethics and cyberbullying,and the negative effects of cyberbullying.Among these,the relationship between network ethics and cyberbullying is statistically analyzed based on the four dimensions of high school students' anti-cyberbullying knowledge,anti-network forgery,anti-cyberbullying binding,and anti-network bullying behavior.The research is carried out on real life high school students.It explores the root causes of cyberbullying among high school students,ranging from the high school students themselves,family,school and social level.It proposed the following management strategies for cyberbullying: First,improve high school students' network moral knowledge;establish positive network behaviors and their attitude of self-discipline and enhance standardized cyber-activities.Second,enhance high school students' network ethics management,network ethics guidance and home school linkage management.Third,the school management needs to strengthen the training of teachers on the issue of cyberbullying,improve relevant systems and the responsibility of establishing cyberbullying to enhance the level of network culture.Finally,strengthen the role that society plays in the construction of the network rule of law system,the coordination of related network entities and the management of public opinion.
