Students'problem-solving ability is an important part of their core competence, and designing certain problems to evaluate students' problem-solving ability is an important means to explore the development of their core competence.However.the data show that the research on problems in the field of chemical education is not enough. For this reason.this paper discusses the related problems of problem design from the aspect of problem presentation. The first part of this paper clarifies the necessity of the research from the perspective of reality and research needs.planning the research content.significance, research ideas and methods. In the second part, problem solving and other core concepts of theoretical analysis,]define the connotation and classification of chemical problem presentation, and explore the relationship between it and problem solving, through theoretical analyses on problem solving and other core concepts. The third part,on the basis of theoretical research, makes an empirical study of nearly 500 senior high school students(elective chemistry)in two middle schools in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province,by means of paper and pencil tests, interviews and oral reports,in order to understand the influence of problem presentation on quality of problem solving?the behavior of problem representation and emotional experience in the process of problem-solving.The fourth part,on the basis of summarizing the specific impact of presentation on the problem-solving of high school students, puts forward the enlightenment to teaching and test proposition, hoping to help teachers deepen their understanding of Problem-presenting and problem solving, and promote the reform of paper-and-pencil test evaluation focusing on the core accomplishment of chemistry. The fifth part summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this subject. The results showed that:(1)Question presentation has a complex impact on the quality of students' problem solving, and students of different grades also show different influences respectively.(2)The representation of problem-solving by Problem-presenting will affect the quantity and quality of the given information and the existing information, and the depth and breadth of information processing.(3)the way of problem presentation has a significant impact on the process of students'problem solving and emotional experience. Most of the students prefer the given way of combining pictures with text and the familiar target-oriented way.The unfamiliar information can make the students produce negative emotions and reduce the quality of the students'problem solving.
