Higher education self-study exam is a national examination for higher education that focuses on academic examinations for self-students.It is an open form of higher education combining individual self-study,social assistance,and national examinations.After more than 30 years of development,higher education self-study exams have become an important component of China’s higher education system.However,there are still many problems that can not be ignored in the management practice of full-time self-taught student education.This poses a certain obstacle to the quality of personnel training and the employment rate in Chinese universities.In this paper,N University is taken as an example.The questionnaire survey is used as the main investigation method.180 full-time self-taught students are surveyed by interview method.Spss22.0 is used for data analysis.The key factors affecting self-study student management are obtained through hypothesis testing method.,and collected all the relevant information on the status of self-study student management in N universities.According to the survey questionnaires and interview results,the following problems exist in the self-study student support management of N universities:limited resources and uneven distribution,resulting in worrying teaching quality;lack of self-taught students employment guidance,lack of curriculum innovation,lack of campus culture atmosphere,self-taught students Problems such as limitations of human communication.The analysis of the reasons lies mainly in the decline in the support of the government and the school,and the utilitarian nature of taking on the school.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the teaching quality of self-study examination;to strengthen the management of teaching affairs and to improve the atmosphere of campus culture;to pay attention to the construction and development of courses,and to provide employment guidance services to fully improve the management of full-time self-examination students.
