| In this paper,according to the development of the society and the situation of the talent market,based on the development of the school and the needs of the students and combined with my experience in career education,the author puts forward the idea of the curriculum design of the high school career education.The author mainly adopts the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,and the content of curriculum design is an important part of this study.In theoretical research,through the collection,reading and analysis of the literature,this paper makes a systematic review of the theory of career education,the development of domestic and international career education and the trend of curriculum design theory.In the empirical research,this research mainly adopts the method of case study,taking Jiangyin No.1 middle school as the research object carries on the overall analysis of the school;and through the investigation and interview,finds out the actual needs of the school and the high school students for career education..In practice,according to the process of designing school-based curriculum,the author designs the career education curriculum for Jiangyin No.1 middle schoolThis paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and the reasons for selecting the theme,the domestic and foreign research,the definition of the concepts of career,career education curriculum as well as curriculum design,and puts forward the significance and methods of research.The second part reviews the theoretical background of the design of career education curriculum.In the third part,the author introduces the research process of designing career education curriculum,analyzes the background of the school and the students,and combs out the idea of curriculum design.The fourth part mainly presents the results of the curriculum design of the middle school students’ career education,that is to say,the detailed curriculum contents.The fifth part is about the implementation of the curriculum of career education,including the methods,means and guarantee of curriculum implementation,as well as the reflection of curriculum implementation.In the conclusion part,the inevitable trend of the development of career education curriculum in senior high school is raised again.Besides,the author puts forward the idea that as a supplement to classroom implementation of compulsory courses,career education should also include the organization of various activities,such as enabling students to have access to the enterprises and society,visiting people of all kinds of occupations,experiencing real workplaces,enriching their career cognition and career exploration,thus laying a good foundation for future career development. |
