During the internship,researcher found that the professional quality level of the nursery governess in this class was higher,so the researcher was interested in her self-role cognition.Through the teacher's career biography,This study renders the development of the self role cognition in her ten years career and also explores its influence factors in the life stories."Narrative interview" is adopted to improve the data collection.And according to the results,researcher find that the case of the self-role cognition changed in time and its formation process is as follows:A beginner with single and passive role,a imitator with high role plasticity,a creator with expanded role,an achiever who have promoted,a lookout with conscientiousness,a leaner whose role to be continue.On the other hand,the self-role cognition in space coordinates is varied:she is a reflective thinker,supervisor and complete finisher for herself,and she is children's teacher and mother,and she is a part of the family as a sister for her partners in the class,she's also a leader in the child-care team,a trusted people for the parents,the master of her apprentice,she's an employee managed by the kindergarten,and she is a part of the team of kindergarten teachers who fight for their character in the whole social environment.The impact factors of the nurse's self-cognition are found diversely,which is mainly in four fields:the personal characteristics,the environment of the class team,the kindergarten management and the public opinion.Suggestions are given to childhood educators,kindergartens and society.
