Abstract/Summary:
In the current trend of world education reform,vocational education reform has always been an indispensable and important part.As the foundation of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education assumes the task of cultivating high-quality and practical personnel from all walks of life.The key to the development of secondary vocational education is secondary vocational teachers.The quality of secondary vocational teachers determines the quality of secondary vocational education.Therefore,the issue of secondary school professional teachers’ learning and professional development plays an important role in promoting the development of secondary vocational education.However,at present,the in-service learning of secondary vocational teachers is not satisfactory,and there are many problems.On the one hand,the efficiency of secondary school teachers is low,and the content that they learn is difficult to migrate to work situations;on the other hand,teachers in secondary vocational schools are not able to teach well.More studies,job burnout,and lower teacher identification.Therefore,there are certain problems in the quality of education in the entire school.In order to solve this problem and improve the living conditions of teachers,we need to call for a new way of learning-workplace learning.The emergence of workplace learning has promoted the integration of the work and learning of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and has innovated the way teachers’ professional learning is conducted,which is in keeping with the current trend of vocational education reform and development.First of all,this study takes the status quo of the on-the-job learning of teachers in secondary vocational schools as the entry point,and summarizes the existing problems in the on-the-job learning of teachers in secondary vocational schools from two aspects:the teacher’s own factors and external influence factors.Secondly,aiming at the problems existing in the on-the-job learning of the secondary vocational school teachers,the paper proposes a new way to adapt to the current professional development of the secondary vocational school teachers-workplace learning.On the basis of literature research,the concept of workplace learning was innovated,trying to reflect on and reconstruct the concept of workplace learning,the factors influencing the learning of the teachers in the vocational school,and the value of learning in the teachers’ workplaces in the three aspects.The in-depth study provides the basis for the theoretical and practical study of the work of teachers in the vocational school.Thirdly,it elaborates the theoretical basis of workplace learning from the three perspectives of situational cognition theory,practical epistemology,and action learning theory.Through the exploration of the connotation of three theories and their application in the field of study,we try to explain the three theories to secondary vocational schools.Inspiration for teacher workplace learning.On the one hand,it explains the fundamental issues concerning the legitimacy of the study field of work field learning.On the other hand,it also illustrates the relationship between workplace learning and professional development of secondary vocational teachers.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,on the basis of work-field learning theory,the optimization strategies for the effective workplace learning of secondary vocational teachers are proposed from three aspects:the state,the school,and the teacher.
