Research On The Sports Attitudes Of PE Teachers, Teachers' Professional Motivation And Their Relations

This study investigates the physical attitude of physical education students and the overall situation of teachers' professional motivation and the relationship between the two.It mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to discuss the attitude tendency of physical education students' attitude to sports activities and the demand for choosing the motivation of the teachers as a career.Whether the direction and the two are to be closed first.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The order of the average score of sports attitude from high to low is the following:physical and mental health,spiritual relief,aesthetic,social,self training,and pursuit of stimulation.The scores of all dimensions are above the middle score,which shows that PE Teachers' attitude towards physical education is more comprehensive.(2)The sports attitudes of normal students of different sex sports are different,respectively in the three dimensional degree of social,aesthetic and spiritual relief,and on the three dimensions,the average score of girls is higher than that of the boys.The sports attitudes of normal students in different grades are different,respectively in the three dimensions of social,aesthetic and physical and mental health,and the scores of the fourth grade in these three dimensions are higher than those in the third grade.(3)Among the teachers' professional motivation of normal college students,the scores of the two dimensions of career planning and expectation and policy are lower,and the other dimensions are more than three points,indicating that the students' occupation of PE teachers is more satisfactory.(4)There are differences in the professional motivation of teachers of different sex teachers,which are shown in the four dimensions of group influence,occupational treatment,professional prestige and teachers' influence factors respectively.The teachers'professional motivation of teachers in different grades is different,which are shown in the four dimensions of professional attitude,career expectation and planning,policy influence and the influence of normal education.(5)Sports normal students' physical attitude in physical and mental health,social,aesthetic,spiritual disengagement of the four dimensions of their teachers' professional motivation has a moderate correlation,in the self grinding and the pursuit of stimulation of the two dimensions of the teacher's professional motivation has a low correlation.Suggestions:(1)The government should actively formulate policy incentives for the employment of sports normal students,and enhance the attraction of sports normal students in serving physical education.We should avoid social prejudice and give more confidence to sports normal students in training,and strive for good employment opportunities.(2)First,the school should attach importance to the training of physical education teachers' positive attitude to sports,carry out various forms of sports activities,and meet the development of students' different interests and hob'bies.Second,it is necessary to guide and train students to do a good career planning as soon as possible,to hold more lectures and activities on the content of PE teachers,that is,to enhance the knowledge of PE Teachers' profession and to strengthen their teachers' professional motivation.Third,the school should guide and strengthen the professional motivation of the teachers by training the students'positive attitude towards sports,so as to prepare the sports teachers to meet the needs of the current education and teaching development.(3)Physical education normal students themselves should consciously set up positive sports attitude and life-long sports thought,and strive to strengthen their own professional skills practice,increase their social practice ability,actively recognize their own professional needs,clear their career motivation as soon as possible,and rationally plan their personal career.
