In the 21st century,with the advent of big data,society faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and education is no exception.The moral and the rule of law as our special courses,middle school students are in the period of the initial formation of outlook on life,world outlook and values,and the moral and legal courses occupy an important position in education in China.Therefore,it is necessary to excavate and integrate the moral and legal course resources in the era of big data.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the concept,introduces the concept and characteristics of big data,the connotation and classification of curriculum resources,and the characteristics of junior high school moral and legal course resources under big data.The second part the author use the opportunity of education practice,students through the teacher interviews,questionnaire survey,the junior middle school under large data of morality and the rule of law curriculum resources use present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis.Among them,by way of analyzing the teacher interviews,teacher's understanding of "big data",teachers' morality and the rule of law for junior high school curriculum resources concept and relevant theory of information,teachers' morality and the rule of law teaching under the big data resources to the understanding of the situation,and teachers access to the curriculum resources.Second,through the student questionnaire around the general status of morality and the rule of law courses in students mind,students generally tend to be fond of,and generally accepted way of learning,and students of big data and study,the big data and morality and the rule of law curriculum resources use value design related issues,aims to junior high school of morality and the rule of law under the big data curriculum resources use strategy to provide a reference value.Junior middle school moral under the third part focuses on large data with the use of curriculum resources strategy of rule of law,centered curriculum resources of mining,the integration of curriculum resources,and the countermeasures in three aspects:study of the use of curriculum resources.Among them,the exploration and integration of curriculum resources is the focus of research.Firstly,the course resources are excavated,based on the three learning characteristics of big data,the feedback,individuation and probability prediction are used to excavate the curriculum resources to improve the efficiency of the course resource mining.Secondly,based on the research on the integration of large data label curriculum resources,this research includes curriculum resource label classification and labelling curriculum resource cloud platform co-construction and sharing;Finally,on the basis of curriculum resource mining and integration,to ensure the utilization of curriculum resources.In short,it is of great significance to study the use of moral and legal curriculum resources in junior high school.
