The teaching and research group is the basic unit of the teaching research organization system.Teachers of the same subject raise professional knowledge,share experience in teaching and exchange scientific research results in the group.As the new round of basic education curriculum reform is deepening,the teaching and research should bear more important responsibility in promoting teachers professional level,and in the reform of teaching and study methods.But for a long time,affected by many factors,many schools teaching and research group did not play its due role,which is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of education in China and is not conducive to professional development of teachers.In this paper,I take S high school's history teaching and research group as the research object.Through investigating this teaching and research group's role in the school,its activities and operation,as well as its team building and external relations,this study wants to give you a comprehensive study of the current situation of the teaching and research group.Through the investigation,I learned that this teaching and research group has the following questions:(1)The staff room of the region did not have a good guide to this teaching and research group;(2)This teaching research group lacks communication with the outside world.(3)This teaching and research group power status is very low and also in poor independence and influenced by exam-oriented education,history discipline in this school is often ignored.(4)This teaching and research group's interpersonal relationships are very tense.(5)At the same time,this school pays more attention to management than research,so its scientific research atmosphere is not strong.(6)This school's evaluation system is simple and unreasonable,so that is unfavorable to team building.(7)Its incentive mechanism is not perfect,so it is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.(8)The professional quality of leadership is Quality is not high and S middle school do not attach much importance to training young employees,so it is not conducive to its sustainable development.How to construct this teaching and research group?This paper puts forward the specific measures according to the problems.(1)The staff room of the region should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the school teaching and research group.(2)It should strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation.(3)The school should strengthen management,handle the relationship between teaching and research groups and other organizations correctly,and should give the teaching and research group a certain power.Meanwhile,it should change their thinking and promote the balanced development of various disciplines.(4)The teaching and research group should strengthen the construction of team spirit.(5)At the same time,pay full attention to the importance of teaching and research activities,and create excellent atmosphere.(6)It should improve its evaluation mechanism to encourage teachers.(7)The school should improve the evaluation mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of all teachers.(8)It should improve the teaching and research team leader appointment standards,and pay more attention to teaching and research team leader selection,training and management.Meanwhile,the school should build a platform to cultivate its young teachers.
