Under the market economy environment,the survival and development of enterprises depend directly on the market recognition of products,and in the deep level,they depend on the development strategy design of enterprises.Only by designing a development strategy that matches the ability of its own resources and the external environment,the enterprise can ultimately help the enterprise to develop and grow.Taking X art training school as an example,this paper explores the optimal design of its development strategy by means of literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,induction and deduction.In this study: first,through the analysis of the PEST have a good macro political,economic and social conditions and technical support for the design and implementation of the X art training school development strategy;the analysis combined with the Potter five competitive forces model,although the current industry competition is more intense,but in Guizhou Province,especially Guiyang City,overall the competitiveness of X art training school is in the middle level and great development potential.Secondly,X art training school also has certain market development advantages and opportunities environment.Although there are threats and weaknesses,it is still conducive to the strategic design and implementation of X art training school,supported by the favorable environment inside and outside the company.According to the SWOT matrix analysis,the more attractive strategic strategy for the X art training school is the SO strategy.That is,give full play to advantages of conditions inside the X art training school,combined with the current favorable external development opportunities and favorable competitive environment;focus on brand building enterprise at the same time,enhance the enterprise market share,the formation of strong corporate brand development mode and scale expansion.At the same time,we should also cooperate with the ST strategy to consolidate the accumulation of X art training school in the market in Guiyang,grasp the opportunity and make the company stronger and bigger.Again,X art training school development strategy implementation of the specific promotion strategies include: strengthening the brand construction of the well-known training brand,build the diverse market demand based on the products of art training,strengthen the implementation of the strategy of marketing support services,strengthen the X arts training school management team building.Finally,from the perspective of corporate culture,financial support,cultural guarantee and organizational guarantee,this paper puts forward the guarantee conditions to promote the development and implementation of X art training school.
