The term "mathematics thoughts " arouse the whole national thinking in 2011.Certainly,it is much more important for the implementation of core literacy while we think about its definition.Therefore,this needs to be combined with subject literacy,not to mention mathematics—a traditional subject.It is universally known that the basic and core mathematics thoughts is contemporary basic education,which is particularly important in the application of primary school mathematics.Because the core math literacy is included in the basic thought,the thesis own the ideas to wirte newly.The words clearly put forward the basic and core mathematics thoughts should be committed to achieving the goal of compulsory education training phase,to all students,to fulfil the needs of personal development of students,leading everyone can get a good math education and obtain different developments in mathematics.The basic idea of cultivating pupils should focus on training them to use mathematics to solve problems and develop their abstract,reasoning and model thinking.As the study of primary school mathematics literacy core,it not only meet the efforts of researchers,but need to understand the grass-roots leve to realized the frontline teachers' certainly requirement in teaching.For the sake of achieving,we interviewed the teachers and teaching team,the real situation about the implementation of the core mathematical literacy in primary school obtained through sincerely communication.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.In the first place,I illuminate reasons for selecting this topic and the theoretical and practical significance of the thesis.I analyze domestic and abroad research results and then summarize them.I propose that I can define the mathematics thoughts,basic and core mathematics thoughts,fraction,fractional teaching and so on in this thesis.The second part is to research on fraction.The author summarize Human teaching edition's contents and importance of infiltrating core literacy in elementary mathematics and the construction of the framework.The third part summarizes and analyzes the connotation of mathematical core literacy,gives pectination of primary fraction and reveal whatever accomplishment with responding section in the form of charts.I try to put forward a more reasonable method to implement it toprovide theoretical and practical reference for the implementation of the core quality of primary school teaching.The fourth part adopts the way of heterogeneous lectures.I select the "a preliminary understanding of the scores" and "fraction and division" to analyze the lesson to checkout the quality of classroom teaching in implementing the core literacy by the means of classroom testing,expert reviews,teacher interviews.Combined with the above sorting and analysis to confirm the value and problem of implementing core literacy in elementary mathematics teaching.The fifth part is this article's suggestion.There is the self-examination about strategis in implementing the core literacy.The author is writing in four aspects about digging teaching materials,creting a continuous situation,constructing a diversified teaching model of fractional teaching,paying attention to the student's actiity experience in solving the score problem.
