Research On The Application Of Side Kick Technique In Fighting Competition

The history of Chinese Wushu has a long history.In recent years,after the deepening reform of China’s economic system,the sports industry has made considerable progress.With the release of the "3 loosening" policy of sports events,more and more managers begin to operate national antagonism events,especially fighting competitions,and more and more athletes use the side kick techniques in fighting competitions.If the project needs to be popularized and developed so as to integrate internationalization,it is necessary to ensure the core competitiveness of the technology system.The side kick technique is the symbolic leg method of Chinese Wushu,and it is different from other antagonism items.The side kick can effectively control the distance and the rhythm of the game.It is suitable for attack and prevention.It is not only used in the field of Wushu Sanda.With the rush of fighting events,it is very necessary to put the side kick in combat combat.The Emei legendary free fight event is a fight against competition featuring the integration of Emei Wushu culture as the carrier of modern competitive sports,while the side kick is the representative leg method of Chinese martial arts.The previous scholars’ research field is viewed from the horizontal dimension,most of which are the technical essentials and training of the side kick itself.The main point,from the longitudinal dimension,is to take the technique of side kick in the martial arts Sanda field as a technical statistics,and this paper puts the side kick in the vision of the famous Emei legendary free fight event in Sichuan and the two major games of the thirteenth Wushu Sanda National Games,and analyzes and analyses the use of side kick.This paper studies the application of the side kick technology of Sanda Athletes in the competition by means of literature,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics,sampling survey and logical analysis.The content involves the rules of Sanda Competition and stroke competition,and the training of side kick technology.Practice methods and ability to attack and defense;the application of side kick in the legend of Emei and the games of the National Games;the attack analysis of the Emei legend and the side kick technique of the National Games;the analysis of the application of the technique attack and defense of the Emei legend and the side kick of the National Games;and the advantages and disadvantages of the side kick in the actual combat comparison.Through the study,the conclusions and suggestions are put forward as follows:First,side kick technology needs combination of boxing and gait in order to maximize the technical advantage of side kick to achieve the desired effect or KO effect.Therefore,we need to refine the side kick technology and improve the frequency of side kick in competition.Second,the side kick technology occupies an extremely important position in the different competition competition events and is an important means of scoring,but to the day,the side kick is still not thoroughly used in the arena competition.Therefore,we should pay more attention to and encourage the use of kicking technology,and as far as possible in the free fight competition to introduce more Chinese martial arts and tactics essence.Third,the popularity of Wushu fighting projects itself is not so high that many people are not fully aware of the side kick,and even the understanding of technology is deviant.Therefore,we should train the relevant coaches on the theory of technical system and highlight the characteristic techniques.Fourth,tournament rules are the direct determinants of technology and tactics.They are the wind vane that guides technology,and the lever of technological and tactical development.With the advent of the era of globalized big data,the revision of rules should conform to the contemporary environment and background,and conform to the trend.Therefore,the improvement of the rules of competition,the organic combination of the bonus system,the evaluation standard of the subtraction system can make the athletes improve their enthusiasm,increase the objectivity of the competition,and return to the essence of the fighting against martial arts.
