The role of science and technology as the primary productive forces,especially advanced productive forces,has become increasingly prominent with the rapid development of science and technology.Countries around the world are paying more and more attention to science education and continuing to carry out science education reforms.As a guiding document of science courses,science curriculum standards have an important influence on the reform of science education.The United Ststes has a long history of science education and it has a rich experience in science education reform.The level of the United Stats' science education is almost the best in the world.In April 2013,the United States released "Next Generation Science Standards".Its' research and development was completed with referencing to the results of numerous emprical studies and the acguisition of long-term practical experience.It is worthwhile for us to learn from it."Primary School Science Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education" was put into use in the autumn semester of 2017.Comparing these two files is benificial to discovering the shortcomings of our standards,learn from the United Stats can provide enlightenment for our standards,promote the revision and improvement of our standards,and promote the development of science education reforms.This study use "Primary School Science Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education"and "Next Generation Science Standards" as the research objects.The study mainly started from three paths:Firstly,to understand the history and background of these two science curriculum standards by reading the literature.Secondly,based on the texts of these two files,text analysis and comparative research methods are used to analyze the curriculum idea?framework design?curriculum objects?curriculum content and implementation recommendations,then summarize the similarities and differences between these two files.Finally,to sum up the enlightenments to our countryby rethinking the shortcomings of our country's standards.The following enlightenments are obtained from this study:strengthen the system design of our standards,focus on the the connections between different study periods,constructspecifically and clearlyperformanceexpectations,promote the transition from scientific inquiry to scientific practice,pay attention to the education of science teachers.
