Research On The Relationship Between High School Achievement Goals And Academic Resilience And Its Intervention

Academic resilience is very important to the students’ academic and psychological conditions.For the special group of high school students,the burden of schoolwork is heavier,with the pressure of higher education and various pressures from teachers and parents,all of which make high school students’ academic resilience become the focus of our attention.In this study,the key middle school students as the subjects,through the investigation of academic resilience and achievement goal of senior high school students,the relationship between achievement goals and academic resilience;then,randomly selected two classes to intervene,to influence the academic resilience by achievement goals.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)there is no significant difference in gender between achievement goals and academic resilience,and significant differences in grades and majors.(2)mastery approach goal and performance approach goal had a significant positive correlation with academic resilience,mastery avoidance and performance avoidance was negatively correlated with academic resilience;mastery approach goal and performance approach goal have a positive predictive effect on academic resilience,mastery avoidance are negative predictors of academic resilience.(3)through achievement goal training,students’ achievement goal advantage is effectively transformed,so that subjects’ ability to grasp and avoid goals is reduced,and the goal of approaching goals is improved.And the overall score of academic resilience and the difficulty of coping,the level of academic perseverance have also been significantly improved.
