The Feasibility Study Of Referee Professionalization In China Men's Basketball Professional League

The healthy development of professional basketball needs professional referee team,and the professional level of referees in CBA League is low,which will promote the professional construction of referees in CBA league.This study used the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire research method,data statistics and logical analysis,system analysis of the status of the NBA occupation League referee,referee status and occupation of part of China's CBA League,from the occupation development of internal and external environment to demonstrate the current China under the situation of promoting CBA referee has feasibility analysis which can be used for reference in the study of NBA referee occupation,to promote China's occupation of the development of CBA League referees,provide some reference for the future of China's CBA League referee occupation of the construction of new period,to explore a suitable for China's occupation of CBA referees the road.Through the study,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.From the external environment,the competent authorities attach great importance to the construction of occupation,provides a good reference to foreign referee occupation of practical experience,in-depth development of the league has provided a guarantee for the referee occupation,the occupation of the construction CBA judge's external environment has had the basic feasibility.2.From the internal environment,the reform of basketball management system provides the organizational guarantee for the occupation of the CBA league history for the occupation of accumulated experience,the market behavior of the club that the occupation is feasible,rich reserves of basketball referee provides talents for referee occupation,occupation theory research provide support for the occupation of CBA referee,the referee has highly practical feasibility of occupation.3.Comprehensive analysis of the referee occupation of the external environment and internal environment of China's CBA league can clearly see that in the current situation of our country,based on the occupation of the actual situation of China's CBA League,to promote the construction of basic occupation League referees have good feasibility,the external environment and internal conditions.4.From the American NBA League referee occupation experience,occupation construction to promote China's CBA League referee,needs to be based on the status quo,to explore China's judicial occupation mode,perfect management,establish and improve relevant management laws and regulations,strengthen supervision,establish the selection,supervision of the decentralized mechanism,highlight the key the establishment of the system of social welfare,and occupation of the solid foundation,strengthen the cultivation of reserve talents of basketball referee.
