Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Men's Basketball In The General Group Of Undergraduate Colleges In Jiangsu Province

The ordinary group basketball players in undergraduate colleges come from ordinary full-time college students,and are more close to the reality of life and learning of college students.Compared with high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities,they have a more direct impact on college students.Far-reaching.However,the development of ordinary level basketball teams in other undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province has been unsatisfactory.Therefore,in view of this situation,this study uses 12 men's basketball teams from the 19th Provincial Games in Jiangsu Province as the entry point to investigate and research the current situation of the general men's basketball team in Jiangsu Province.In order to find out the problems existing in the development of ordinary level basketball teams in universities and colleges in Jiangsu Province,and propose reasonable solutions to provide a reference for the healthy development of college basketball teams in Jiangsu Province.The research mainly used scientific research methods such as literature materials,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The results show that:(1)The nature of students determines the overall height of the general basketball team's players in the Jiangsu Undergraduate School is relatively low,the body is relatively thin,and individual differences are relatively large.(2)The general group of Jiangsu Province's undergraduate colleges has fewer opportunities for entry,long intervals,and quick turnover.(3)The general men's basketball team of undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province has more diverse approaches and more reasonable training plans,but at the same time there are short training periods and short training time,low training frequency,and contradictions between studies and training.And other issues.(4)The injury rate of the general men's basketball team in the undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province is relatively high,and the sports health insurance configuration is not ideal.(5)The age group structure of the general team of the male basketball coaches of undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province is relatively reasonable,the level of academic qualifications and titles is relatively high,and the research ability is relatively satisfactory.However,there are also short coaching periods,fewer attendances,and full-time assignments.The problem is low.(6)Leaders of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province have the problem of not paying enough attention to the men's basketball team,not asking too much,supporting small but paying great attention to sports performance.The following development strategies were proposed in response to the above issues:(1)Increase the importance of college leadership to the school men's basketball team to better support the team's daily training and competition activities.The principal communicates and coordinates the relevant functional departments to ensure the efficient implementation of the daily management of the men's basketball team.(2)The Provincial Department of Education and the General Association organize more formal competitions among colleges and universities within the province,or divide them by films,organize the use of spare time between colleges and universities,and adopt a single-cycle or host-and-away system.Basketball competitions will be used to provide more opportunities for the general college basketball team.(3)Colleges and universities should pay attention to adopting multi-sectoral comprehensive management of basketball players in the general group,formulating credit reduction credits,reducing elective courses,and lowering the pass system to ease the contradiction between students' learning and training.(4)The coaches should pay attention to further strengthen the team's technical and tactical training and physical training to compensate for the flaws caused by the characteristics of the students' college students in the general group.(5)Colleges and universities should earnestly attach importance to the study of men's basketball coaches in ordinary groups,actively create opportunities for coaches'training,and make up for the training experience due to the short coaching period through organizing seminars and regular training activities.On-site command experience is not rich enough.(7)Colleges and universities with qualifications should pay attention to the selection of full-time coaches.Unqualified colleges and universities can gradually improve the general team of undergraduate colleges by focusing on cultivating the potential part-time coaches of the school to gradually turn to full-time coaches.The degree of professionalism of the coach team.
