The modern information technology represented by the Internet as a new productive force is promoting the transformation of the production relationship,profoundly changing the various fields of the economy and society,and promoting the optimization,growth,and innovation of various industries and constantly creating new business forms.The "Internet Plus" strategy is precisely the response of the national level to this trend and trend.As the education of social subsystems,it also faces the strong impact of modern information technology.Education is the strategic deployment and countermeasures of education in response to this trend.It uses the development of information technology to promote education reform and innovation,and builds networks.Digital,personalized and life-long education system to build a learning society that is "everyone learns,learns everywhere,learns from time to time".Since the MOOC teaching in the world has swept the world in 2012,our country’s focus and research on the MOOC has remained high.The construction of the online course platform is also exploring our own teaching features to localize our high-quality MOOC resources.This study is based on the actual theories of the MOOC curriculum,and analyzes the current status of curriculum construction and teaching of the Master of Business Administration(MBA)program in China.Taking the "Smart City" course as an example,it builds a network online open curriculum design for other related courses.Online open design provides examples.The "Smart City" course promotes the integration of MOOC online curriculum design concept to better visualize,visualize,and visualize curriculum knowledge,improve learners knowledge application capabilities and solve problems encountered in actual company operations.Professional learners,educators,and course content web development.This study mainly includes the following eight aspects:The fiirst part introduces related background knowledge.Introduced the analysis of the status of the construction and teaching of the "Smart City" curriculum,and collected information,distributed questionnaires,interviewed related teachers,and other methods to understand the course orientation,curriculum plan,course content selection,and teaching of the "Smart City" from the curriculum level.The basic contents of organization and implementation were discussed from the perspectives of the teacher curriculum development,the willingness to set up courses,and the learner curriculum learning and willingness to learn.The impact of teachers and students factors on the MOOC curriculum in the smart city education in universities was explored.A more in-depth analysis of the status quo of colleges and universities MOOC curriculum provides a strong basis.The second part is the curriculum design of "Smart City" MOOC.It introduces the curriculum of connected learning,mixed learning,online support for learning technology,self-learners as the center of the design theory,and build the basic framework of curriculum construction,"Smart City" Before the MOOC course,please analyze,course study,extended learning materials and other online learning design.The third part is the development of the "Smart City" MOOC curriculum.According to the previous curriculum design,the MOOC curriculum design of "Smart City" was elaborated from the production of video,the production of video titles,the video recording and synthesis,and the visual research practice of knowledge.
