After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has ushered in a new period of development,and has made great achievements in economic,political,and cultural aspects.Among them,the CPC's party dipl omacy has also entered a period of rapid development.In order to further pro mote the vigorous development of the CPC's party diplomacy,it is necessary t o summarize the work before and after the new period and analyze the current development environment.Before the new era,the Communist Party of China accumulated rich diplo matic work experience through foreign exchanges.From the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China dev eloped into a revolution based on the reality of the Communist Party after the Long March.This is a manifestation of the CCP's gradual independence of for eign relations.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Com munist Party of China established a special mechanism for foreign exchanges.I n the exchanges with countries around the world,it summed up the norms of foreign relations such as the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence,but inapp ropriately dealt with the relationship between the two parties and the "culture."
