Research On The Judicial Application Of The Basic Principles Of International Environmental Law

As a latecomer in the ancient system of public international law,there are still many problems that have not been clarified and have not been unanimously recognized in this relatively young branch of international environmental law,among which are the basic principles of international environmental law.The first part of this paper constructs the basic concept of the study of the judicial application of the basic principles of international environmental law and briefly describes its historical evolution and the necessity of application.The second part analyzes the selected cases of the basic principles of international environmental law and points out the problems in the application through case analysis.The third part of this paper puts forward rationalization proposals on its judicial application basing on the problem orientation to improve the judicial application of the basic principles of international environmental law.The purpose and goal of international environmental law contains the basic principles of international environmental law,it should timely provide strong support for the international environmental protection and governance with tough attitude.
