Research On The System Operation Logic Of Anti-corruption Laws And Regulations Within The Party In The New Era

For a long time,corruption has been regarded as a cancer of society,a huge obstacle to the progress and development of human society,and a "cancer of politics".Since the new era,Under the requirements of running the country in an all-round way according to law and seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor,the Communist Party of China insists on ruling according to law,strengthens the system to govern the party and rule the party,accelerates the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,and make remarkable achievements in the construction of the system of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.Behind the huge anti-corruption efforts,It is under the leadership of the Party that the logic of institutional anti-corruption runs through the construction of inner-party laws and regulations and the fight against corruption,and relies on the operation of institutional logic to eradicate the breeding ground of corruption and realize the root cause effectiveness.At present,in the face of the still severe and complex anti-corruption situation,the Party adheres to comprehensively and strictly administer the Party,punishes corruption and other anti-corruption ideas with a zero tolerance attitude,formulates and revises many anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,and strengthens its system construction to combat system corruption,also runs the logical operation of system anti-corruption throughout the whole process of the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.Therefore,the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,as a profound reflection of the system anti-corruption,are not built overnight,and how effective is the institutional effectiveness it presents?This paper attempts to answer this question by analyzing the system operation logic of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.Based on the important role of inner-party laws and regulations in anti-corruption theory and practice,this paper takes inner-party anti-corruption laws and regulations as the research object,trying to systematically and comprehensively investigate the construction of inner-party anti-corruption laws and regulations since the new era,and deeply analyze The logic of system operation,so as to examine the system effectiveness of the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.The text consists of three parts:1.Explain the anti-corruption ideology of the Chinese Communist Party.The construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party is based on the systematic and in-depth study of corruption and anti-corruption laws,and the formation of its strict ideological logic.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the anti-corruption thought of the party,and takes it as the guiding ideology and theoretical basis of the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.2.Investigate the evolution of the construction of anti-corruption laws within the party from the new era to the new era.The construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party is not accomplished in one move.In its construction practice,it reflects the unity of historical logic and practical logic.The author analyzes the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations in the new period of reform and opening up and since the new era.Based on this,the author analyzes and discusses the system structure and practical effectiveness of anti-corruption laws and regulations in the new party since the new era,so as to fully grasp the generation mechanism of its institutional logic.3.Dialysis of the system operation logic of anti-corruption regulations within the party.By constructing three levels of logical operations that are progressive and interlocking,the system effectiveness of anti-corruption laws within the party in corruption governance is presented.The author believes that this logic is first of all the "dare not corrupt" logic operation constructed by the strengthening of power system,then the logical operation of "can’t corrupt" which is generated based on the system incentive,system constraint and system density,and finally the logical operation of "don’t want to corrupt" which is established by the political ecological guarantee.Therefore,through the operation of "three no corruption”logic,the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party have largely cleared the soil of corruption breeding,promoted the root effectiveness of the laws and regulations within the party on corruption,thus further created a clean and upright political ecology,and finally promoted the construction goal of clean politics.
