Investigation Of Disputes Between Alxa Banner And Ningxia Province During The Period Of The Republic Of China

The issue of Dengkou originated between Alashan banner and Ningxia Province during the period of National government.it is a representative case of the confrontation between the Mongolian banner system and the Provincial and county system in the western region of Inner Mongolia.with the reasonable framework of no breaking out large-scale military armed conflict,a long period of political confrontation occurred between Alashan banner and Ningxia Province,which focused on the issue of Dengkou under the complicated political and military situation in Northwest China.This dissertation is based on the the key historical facts for connecting the first confrontation,the second confrontation and the final settlement of Dengkou issue,making a longitudinal overall analysis in the end of the dissertation,discussing the influence of the political game among the three forces of the National government,Alashan banner and Ningxia Province on the Dengkou issue,trying to solve the unsolved mystery behind Dengkou issue.This dissertation arranges the introduction and the main parts of four chapters based on the above thinking,The first chapter mainly discusses the process of the Dengkou issue between Alashan banner and Ningxia Province,the confrontation between Inner Mongolia People's revolutionary party and Alashan banner government during the period of the rule of the national army in Northwest China.The second chapter discusses the first confrontation about Dengkou issue,as well as the detailed process and final result of the national government's intervention in adjusting the conflict between the Alashan banner and Ningxia Province.The third chapter expounds the historical process of the national government's intervention in the governance of Alashan banner before the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War,The fourth chapter discusses the detailed process of the second confrontation and the final settlement of Dengkou issue after the outbreak of Anti Japanese war.Alashan Banner's seizure of the arms smuggled by Qing Ma warlord is the trigger event that led Ma Hongkui to launch retaliatory military action to house confinement Dalizhaya's family,so as to thoroughly solved the Dengkou issue.The conclusion part summarizes the whole dissertation,summarizes the political situation of Northwest China in each period,the beginning of Dengkou issue,the first and second confrontation around Dengkou issue,and the detailed historical process of the final settlement.Finally,through the Dengkou issue,the complex relations among the National government,Alashan banner and Ningxia Province are further combed.
