In the Qing Dynasty,corruption crimes were at their peak.In the Qing dynasty,the main causes of corruption crimes were privatization of public power,concentration of administrative power,and low salaries of officials.His crimes are characterized by numerous channels,mutual protection between officials and officials,extensive involvement,and repeated prohibitions under severe punishment.From the exploration stage of corruption in the Shun and Kang periods,to the stereotyped stage of the Yong and Qian periods,to the recession period of the Jia and Tao periods,the previous rulers have different views and actions on the governance of corruption crimes,and the overall appearance has changed from strong Weak development trend.In terms of governance mechanism,the Qing Dynasty attaches great importance to administrative and criminal punishment legislation;through strict selection,strengthening assessment,and perfecting supervision and many links,it pays attention to official management;it adopts a combination of administrative sanctions and criminal punishment to severely punish corruption crimes.Among them,it is reasonable to apply measures such as severe punishment and the law,the court attaches great importance to and sits on the responsibility of officials,and the extrajudicial graciousness under the imperial power,the accumulation of talents and the failure of supervision are the limitations.
