Against the background of new development opportunities in China-Russia relations and their continuous deepening,studying Chinese and Russian laws has become an important basis for deepening cooperation between the two countries and consolidating the partnership between the two countries.In today’s era,the development of robotics and artificial intelligence technology is changing rapidly.For China,the development of robotics and artificial intelligence technology is both an opportunity and a challenge.Therefore,based on Russia’s positioning of robots’ legal status,this article believes that the Russian Grishen Act grants robots different legal rights and obligations according to the different legal nature of robots,which has important contributions to robot legislation in countries around the world.This article will analyze the Russian robot legislation system,focusing on the Russian Grishen Act;combining the Grishen Act and the current status of China’s robot and artificial intelligence technology development,we believe that the development of robot and artificial intelligence technology is not mature at this stage,and China’s existing The law can basically solve the legal disputes of existing robots.At this stage,robots can be positioned as objects of civil legal relations;it is recommended that China draw on the provisions of the Russian Grishen Act on objects of civil rights and include robots in the scope of highly dangerous sources.In this case,robots are regarded as property similar to animals,a mandatory liability insurance system for robots is established,and regulations for robots and artificial intelligence in line with China’s national conditions are formulated.
