Research On The Countermeasures Of Hanjiang District Government To Promote The Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Manufacturing industry is the main body of China’s economy and the foundation of the country’s survival and development.Since we enter the new century,with the continuous application of information technology in the equipment manufacturing industry,the integration of both makes the equipment manufacturing industry obtain innovative development.The advanced technology in equipment manufacturing industry represents information,networking and intelligence.Faced with a new round of scientific and technological revolution and its impact on the development of manufacturing industry,governments around the world have put forward new strategic objectives.China has also issued some specific implementation measures,plans and policies.According to the national policy,many local governments in China have also formulated specific measures to support the development of equipment manufacturing industry in their local 13th Five-Year Plan and related industrial development plans.The equipment manufacturing industry in Hanjiang District,Yangzhou City has a long history and a solid foundation.It has been the main engine of Hanjiang industry for a long time,and is the leading industry and pillar industry of Hanjiang.Faced with the new opportunities and challenges,we should take reasonable and effective countermeasures or measures,according to the trend of equipment manufacturing industry development and the reality of regional industry development,which is of far-reaching significance to the survival,development and growth of equipment manufacturing industry in the fierce competition,and to the economic and social development of Hanjiang District.Based on the theme of "the countermeasures for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry by Hanjiang District Government",this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,qualitative research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to discuss the current situation development of equipment manufacturing industry development in Hanjiang District and how Hanjiang District Government promotes the industry.The status quo and achievements of equipment manufacturing industry fully affirmed the positive role of the Hanjiang District Government in the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.Then on the basis of the questionnaire survey of equipment manufacturing enterprises with annual sales of over 20 million RMB in Hanjiang District,it is concluded that there are some problems in promoting equipment manufacturing industry by the government of Hanjiang District,such as weak policy guidance,weak brand motivation,weak independent innovation and weak talent attraction.The reasons are as follows:insufficient government investment,low industrial concentration,insufficient motivative measures to guide innovation,and incomplete talent recruitment mechanism.From the point of reference,this paper studies the experience of relevant local governments at home and abroad in promoting the development of equipment manufacturing industry.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to promote equipment manufacturing industry development by Hanjiang District Government from strengthening planning guidance,increasing policy support,promoting agglomeration development,highlighting talent support and creating an intellectual atmosphere...
