Justice belongs to the basic concept of ethics and has always been a hot issue in the field of ethics.From the perspective of economic ethics,justice is usually regarded as a reasonable social system arrangement and interest adjustment mechanism,which guarantees the fair distribution of people’s rights and responsibilities in social and economic life,and also symbolizes people’s sense of justice and integrity.Game theory,as an economic analysis tool,objectively reflects the interests of players and the reasonable coordination mode under certain rules to a certain extent,and reflects the relationship between conflicts and cooperation between people.The conflict and cooperation and moral choice contained in game theory,together with the common rules and overall order resulting therefrom,inevitably branded a deep ethical mark on it,and then opened the prelude of exploring ethical issues from the perspective of game theory.Justice is not only an important research object in the field of economics,but also a core moral category in the field of ethics.In the field of economic ethics,like game theory,it involves the regulation of interest relations,so it can not escape the scrutiny of game theory naturally.This also constitutes the research direction of this paper,that is,from the game dimension to analyze the issue of justice.In the first chapter of this paper,the meaning of justice and game theory is introduced.It is proved that justice is not only the primary value of social system pursued by people through game means,but also an effective means to guarantee the orderly progress of game and realize their own interests.The two are dialectical unity relationship.In the second chapter,based on the hypothesis of "economic man" and the market regulation mechanism of "invisible hand",the consistency of personal interests and social interests is explained,and the possibility of achieving fair order through game is pointed out.Then,from the pursuit of people’s interest goals,it clarifies the root of collective irrationality caused by individual rationality in pursuit of maximizing individual interests,and demonstrates the basis and consolidation of fair existence from the competition and cooperation of rational economic man,self-interest game and moral game.Finally,starting from the paradox of prisoner’s dilemma,this paper demonstrates that cooperative game is Pareto’s optimal value pursuit,and repeated game is the path beyond Nash equilibrium,revealing the dilemma of justice itself and the logical evolution of justice realization.The last chapter describes the practical path of justice in the game dimension,tries to build a just order with the cooperative game equilibrium as the core,and then guarantees the effective operation of the fair order through the restriction of game payment.Finally,through the demonstration of the unity of justice and perfection,it illustrates the process ofpeople using game to pursue justice,which is actually the process of realizing perfection.
