Ten years of trees,a hundred years of trees,children as the future of our country and the cause of communism development,the Chinese Young Pioneers shoulder the heavy responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward our children's growth.Children's recognition of the Chinese Young Pioneers is affected by many factors such as low level of self-awareness,low level of the Chinese Young Pioneers work and its external environment.This leads to children's organizational identity level is not high in some aspects.In order to improve the organizational identity level of children,we should to help children better understand China's young pioneers,to define the identity of young pioneers.Based on the ideological education of young children and the organizational identity theory of management,this study carried out a survey in Kunming by issuing questionnaires.The results show that the elder children who were in senior grade had higher level of cognity.The longer children stay in the organization,the deeper they got feelings.Most of the children can comply with the young pioneer norms,but not actively enough.Most of the children have high evaluation of the Chinese young pioneers.The younger children who were in low cognitive level,they were easier to lose their roles;ability to distinguish between different tissues also affects the cognition of children's organizational identity.Different young pioneer organizations' work levels were widely,addition of external environmental factors,which would affect children's understanding and evaluation of the organization.We should respect the law of children's development and grasp the opportunity of education to strengthen the organizational identity.To built the young pioneers into a better organization,strengthen organizational cohesion and centripetal force;persist in carrying out various activities of the young pioneers,and enable the young pioneers to apply what they have learned in practical activities,so as to promote learning,integrate knowledge with practice,and finally improve the level of children's organizational identity of the young pioneers in China.
