The Predicament And Way Out Of The Reform Of The Quota System Of Legal Officials In The Grass-roots Courts

With the development of judicial reform in China,various specific measures are gradually carried out.As an important part of judicial reform,the reform of the post system of judges is also an important product of judicial reform in China.The goal of the reform of the post system of judges is to achieve the elitism,specialization and professionalization of the ranks of judges.By starting from the trial court,and then extended to the national reform,the courts at the grass-roots level is the main force of China's court reform,is the pioneer of the pilot reform,the reform of the international system in the grass-roots court will directly about its system reform of the country's success or failure,so,the author in zhijin court for further study on the samples of the grass-roots court pilot base for the system reform of the specific situation.Therefore,in this paper,the author divides the article into four parts.The first part is a brief overview of the connotation and development process of the post system of judges.At the same time,it analyzes the background of the reform of the post system and summarizes the goal and significance of the reform.The second part is the summary of the characteristics of the reform of the basic level courts,and also analyzes and studies the situation of zhijin court and the cases heard,summarizes the effect of the reform of zhijin court and promotes it.The third part analyzes the problems and dilemmas faced by zhijin court in the process of reform and finds out the causes of these difficulties.Only by understanding the dilemma can we make the right response.The fourth part is to point out the way out for the reform of the post system of judges,and explore the ways suitable for the reform of the post system of judges in China through various effective ways,so as to realize the goal of the reform of the post system of judges and promote the progress and development of judicial reform.
