| In the 21st century,with the development of the Internet and the advent of the era of big data,new business models keep emerging.These new products rapidly occupy the market,change people's lifestyle,and are welcomed by all sectors of society.Bike-sharing is an innovative form in the field of sharing economy,which has made important contributions to urban short-distance transportation and has been generally recognized by governments at all levels and users.The rapid development of bike-sharing has changed the way people travel and provided convenience for the public life.In this process,problems such as urban traffic management order,user deposit violation and personal information disclosure also force the government to innovate the way of supervision.At present,governments at all levels have issued normative documents regulating bike-sharing and initially established corresponding regulatory systems,but they still cannot meet the needs of reality.Sharing economy originates from market economy,and the essence of market economy is rule of law economy.The development of sharing bicycle must be regulated by law.In the case of market failure,legal means must be used to effectively regulate bike-sharing.As a healthy and environment-friendly way to travel,Shared bicycle is worth promoting in the society.Its advantages such as convenient travel,convenient use and ease of public transportation are of positive significance in promoting economic development,improving road traffic and serving the people.Therefore,the government needs to regulate and guide the orderly development of bike-sharing so as to bring more social benefits to bike-sharing.Bike sharing brings a series of problems,which is both a challenge and an opportunity for the existing regulatory system.This paper analyzes three kinds of problems in the development process of Shared bicycle,the reasons behind,and legal relations,specific legislative proposals are put forward to solve some problems of bicycle sharing. |
