| The concept and practice of social enterprises originated from the West.Since the economic crisis in the 1970 s,their development has accumulated rich experience.Britain is regarded as a pioneer of social enterprises and related practices of social investment and social value.British law has established a complete system including asset management,supervision and operation for community interest companies,and has a positive significance for standardizing and promoting the development of social enterprises and participating in public services in China.The purpose of this paper is to compare the development of Chinese social enterprises and the current situation of relevant legal systems with the legal system of British community interest companies,so as to promote the establishment of the legal system of social enterprises in China,and enable the development of social enterprises to keep up with the trend of the world.This paper includes four chapters besides the introduction and conclusion.The first chapter traces the origin of British community interest companies from social enterprises,compares the differences between them and other organizations,and introduces the development status and successful cases of British community interest companies.The second chapter introduces the legal system of British community interest companies in detail,which provides a reference for China’s social enterprise legislation.The third chapter analyzes the current situation,development mode and legal problems of social enterprises in China,and puts forward the urgency of establishing the legal system of social enterprises in China.The fourth chapter summarizes the actual situation of the development of social enterprises in China on the basis of referring to the British community interest company legal system,and puts forward the specific Suggestions to establish and perfect the legislation of social enterprises in China. |
