Research On The Concept Of Socialist Dedication With Chinese Characteristics

Dedication values are the value norms and behavioral requirements for civic professional ethics in the socialist core values advocated by the party in the report of the 18^th National Congress.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up in China’s society and the sustained development of the socialist market economy,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has continuously achieved new achievements,making it a dedication to the core content of China’s professional ethics and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The role played by China is becoming more and more important.It is of great significance to the effective promotion of socialist moral construction,the comprehensive improvement of China’s social morality level,and the promotion of the harmonious development of social material civilization and spiritual civilization as a whole.It is about the realization of the great goal of building a well‐off society in an all‐round way in China.Therefore,in the new era of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to dig deeper and explore the connotation,essence and value of the‘’dedication values of socialism with Chinese characteristics’’,and thus develop the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the“new era”.Underground the concept of“dedication”and deepen the construction of professional ethics in China.Based on this,this article mainly from three parts to study the dedication values of socialism with Chinese characteristics related issues.The first part is to analyze the theoretical sources of the dedication values of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This is mainly elaborated from three levels.First of all,the ideological connotation and main characteristics of the concept of respect in Chinese traditional culture provide a profound historical and cultural accumulation;Secondly,due to the different cultural background,the concept of industry in Western culture has its own development characteristics.Based on the longitudinal historical investigation and the analysis of horizontal characteristics,it provides rational reference for the development of socialist concept of industry with Chinese characteristics.In the end,the Marxist theory of dedication values provides important theoretical guidance for the socialist concept of professional dedication with Chinese characteristics.The second part is the focus and difficulty of this article.It mainly analyzes the connotation and main characteristics of the socialist concept of the professional dedication of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This part mainly discusses this from three aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concepts of“professional dedication”and“professional dedication value”,and on this basis comprehensively interprets the connotation of socialist concept of professional dedication with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,from the three stages of development,namely foundation laying,formation and development,and the new realm of development,the author sorted out the different connotations of the socialist concept of professional dedication with Chinese characteristics.Finally,comparing the concept of dedication of socialism with Chinese characteristics with that of the previous social and historical development stage,this paper summarizes the three main characteristics of the concept of dedication of socialism with Chinese characteristics,namely,the unity of class and people,the unity of utilitarianism and nobility,and the unity of nationality and times.The third part mainly discusses the contemporary value and the“new era”requirement of the cultivation of professional dedication concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The new era has new development characteristics.On the one hand,this paper explains the contemporary value of cultivating the concept of dedication to socialism with Chinese characteristics from the three aspects of the role and value of the state,society,and individuals.On the other hand,as for the“new era”requirements for the cultivation of professionalism of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper mainly elaborates from three aspects:Firstly,we should promote the institutionalization and legalization of professional ethics at the national level;secondly,we should promote the publicity and education of the socialist concept of dedication with Chinese characteristics in an all‐round way at the social level;thirdly,we should promote self‐education at the individual level and strengthen the belief in dedication.
