With the development of social economy and culture,global communication has become more and more convenient,and foreign-related non-marital cohabitation has become more and more common.This has forced international private law research to pay more attention to parent-child relationship disputes caused by foreign-related non-marital cohabitation.This paper firstly clarifies the basic concepts of foreign-related factors,non-marital cohabitation,parent-child relationship,and further analyzes the legal conflicts and response situations arising from foreign-related non-marital cohabitation,and determines the jurisdiction involved in relevant cases in litigation practice.The focus of the conflict norms has been interpreted in detail.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for expanding the discretion of judges,strengthening the protection of minors' rights and interests,and optimizing the ways of finding foreign laws have been properly resolved to resolve the legal conflicts between foreign-related non-marital cohabitation and parent-child relationships.
