Research On Sun Yat-sen's State System Thought

This paper,by literature researching,historical researching and system researching method,has carried on the integration research of the development thread and the theory content of Sun Yat-sen’s state system thought.Meanwhile,the paper has made the state governance system of the Republic of China during Sun Yat-sen period cleared and provided the reference for understanding the modern state system framework.This paper,by combining the historical events experienced by Sun Yat-sen and its historical background,sorted out the historical process of Sun Yat-sen’s state system thought from germination,development to maturity and showed the thought thread of Sun Yat-sen’s state system.And it through horizontal analysis,has drawn the basic concept of the state system of the Republic of China with the Three People’s Principles and Five-Power Constitution;the basic principles of state system based on the republic country and the constitutional government;and it has formed the thought of political system,economic system and social system as main content of state system.Mainly concerns the party system with multi-party competition and party rules country,the legal system for punishing evils,the election system with multiple election modes,the autonomous system for county autonomy,the military system of party power restricting military power,the ethnic system of ethnic equality and republic;the basic economic system of the production materials are owned by the state and the subsistence materials are allocated by the state or society,the fiscal and taxation system of taking from people and using for people;the compulsory education system with multi-level and welfare system in supporting the old and weak.Research shows that the thought of state system of Sun Yat-sen has important historical and contemporary values.It broke the feudal monarchy in the Qing dynasty and established a state system which is based on the Chinese history,conforms to the national conditions and learn the West but does not regard the West as supreme.Moreover,it has established culture self-confidence and system self-confidence and provided a system framework for the state governance and system operation of the Republic of China.Overall,it is a great creation of modern state governance.
