| Archives right is an essential right that is indispensable in the cultural rights and freedoms of our society.The real realization of the protection of archives rights is one of the contents to meet the people’s needs for a better life.Combined with the current social reality,the paper explains the basic connotation of the main social contradictions and their transformation process,and gives the legal rational explanations of archives rights through the presumption of rights.The paper also gives the concrete expression of archives rights and tries to explore the role of archives and Archival Science in meeting people’s needs for a better life.Secondly,this essay combs the reform process of archives rights in the archives work system and summarizes the development law of archives work under the background of major social contradictions.Combining with practical investigation,the author combs the embodiments of rights in archives ownership and archives utilization in archives practice activities.It reflects the comparative analysis of the subtle changes of archives rights from the three aspects of the realization conditions,realization scope and realization guarantee of archives rights.Finally,from the perspective of due rights,real rights and legal rights,measures such as raising the awareness of citizens’ archives rights,establishing a system of archives rights and establishing a legislative system for the protection of archives rights are proposed. |
