Advertising is the carrier of information transmission,especially in the promotion of medical information.It is an effective means for pharmaceutical manufacturers or operators to quickly acquire the market and raise their popularity.It is also the most convenient and lowest cost for consumers to understand medical information.way.Due to its particularity,medicine has stricter requirements than general merchandise.Advertising content must be true and effective.It is not exaggerated or fictional.Only medical advertisements with real and comprehensive information can convey real and useful medical information to consumers.Doctors and patients are more precise in selecting drugs,taking medicines,and choosing medical institutions.In the pharmaceutical industry,it also plays a big role in the sales of products and the development of the market.China's medical advertising regulations can not be said to be strict,but the effect is still not optimistic,false medical advertising has been repeatedly prohibited.The harm of false medical advertisements involves many aspects.The most serious manifestation is the violation of the basic right of consumers to know,and even worse,the illness is life-threatening.At this stage,due to its deceptive nature,false medical advertisements have surpassed the harm of ordinary advertisements to customers,and have also impacted the legitimate rights and interests of other business owners who adhere to the concept of good faith management,as well as social order and stability.In other countries and international organizations,the prevention and sanction of false medical advertisements has also received great attention.Germany,the United States and other countries have established a series of regulatory models and related systems suited to their national conditions.In recent years,the illegal rate of medical advertisements in China has always remained high,and there is still a long way to go to supervise and manage the innovation of false medical advertisements.
