Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of The Registration System

In 2015,the fourth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China made it clear that the registration system will replace the previous registration system,and since then,China's court registration has entered a new chapter.Compared with the case filing system,the case filing registration system has lower requirements for the case filing conditions,which is more conducive to the exercise of the litigant's right of action.At the same time,it strengthens the parties' understanding of the court's work and improves the judicial authority and credibility.Since the implementation of the case registration system,the number of cases filed by courts at all levels in China has increased significantly,the procedures for accepting cases have been constantly standardized,the efficiency of case filing and the quality of service have been significantly improved,and the effect of the reform of the case registration system has been manifested.However,while these positive results have been achieved,some new contradictions and problems have emerged,such as the increase of cases of abuse of litigation rights,the prominent problem of "too many cases and too few cases" in the court,and the lack of system operating rules and supervision and restriction mechanism.If we do not pay enough attention to these problems,then the registration system in practice will encounter layers of resistance,unable to adapt to China's current economic and social development,it will not get the results.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the reform of the registration system,we should pay close attention to the operation and problems of the registration system at present,and make effective solutions by drawing on relevant theories and experiences from abroad and combining with specific problems in China's practice.
