Research On The System Of Community Correction In Our Country

The community correction system is a legal concept introduced from Western countries.It belongs to a kind of criminal execution and has the characteristics of non-imprisonment,punitive,social,etc..It is advocated by the United Nations criminal enforcement department with its humanistic spirit.The problems in the process of implementing the system are mainly the imperfect construction of institutions,the insufficient construction of correction teams,the low degree of social participation,the irregularities in correction education,and the inadequacy of procuratorial supervision.These problems have become the key link in the successful implementation of the community correction system in China.In solving these problems,we can start from two main aspects.The first is to draw on the excellent experience of the extraterritorial correction system and combine it with China's National conditions.The second is from the perspective of our country's practice,based on the actual situation,constantly summed up the problems in the implementation of the correction system,and summed up to solve these problems.
