The Marxist theory of human development is an important part of the complete structure of the theoretical system of Marxism.As a scientific theory that can be used to guide the development of spirit requires the realization of human development.Socialism is to promote human development.This endogenous power lies in the spiritual nature of socialism.It stipulates that one of the aims of socialism is to promote human development.The spiritual nature of socialism is: adherence to the party's Leadership,the people are the masters of the country,the basic socialist system;continuous development of productive forces;continuous optimization of social relations,the establishment of a fair and equitable,harmonious and shared socialist society;continue to promote the full development of people;both the pursuit of domestic development and promote the common development of mankind.The spiritual nature possessed by socialism is the logical foundation for socialism to achieve human development.The fifth is to explore the party's theory of human development.After the revolutionary period and the construction period(including all periods since the founding of the People's Republic of China),under the guidance of the principle of Marxism,the Party has continuously promoted and sublimated China's practical experience and lessons and promoted the development of Marxist human development principles in China.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theory of party-to-human development has matured.This article summarizes the basic content of the party's theory of human development: the party leads the people in the political premise of the people's democratic dictatorship,insists on the public ownership of the means of production,continuously develops the productive forces,improves the production relations,and creates various items needed to promote human development.Conditions: On the basis of persisting in independence and self-reliance,we will follow the path of reform and opening up;ultimately realize the development of all Chinese people and promote the development of the people of the world.At the practical level of human development research,the exploration is mainly focused on the following points.The first is to explore the realistic background of different historical periods and influence the development of people in different countries.In accordance with the requirements of the Marxist genesis,before the theoretical study,the actual background of different countries and regions in different periods was analyzed.These realistic backgrounds are the practical environment in which the relevant politicians and scholars of the human development theory are put forward.The practical environment has a very important influence on their development and changes in human development.The second is to explore the problems that still exist in the process of human development in China.In the process of human development in our country,there are three major types of problems.The problems include: the imbalance of human development;the material development of human beings and the unbalanced development of spiritual development;and a certain degree of tension in interpersonal relationships.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,the corresponding solutions are explored.The third is to
