Research On Legal Issues Of Financial Cooperation On The Silk Road

When Xi Jinping,the President of China,visited the four Central Asian countries in 2013,he put forward the idea of the construction of the new Silk Road Economic Belt.Since then,the strategic development concept of the "one belt one road",including the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Silk Road on the sea,has gradually formed and matured.At present,it has been fully integrated into the strategic development plan of China.The economic belt of the silk road is the longest and most potential economic corridor construction project in the world,with the West Asia continent,the East Asia Pacific Economic Circle and the rich material resources along the line.In the process of building this project,the countries along the line are facing many opportunities and challenges.In the context of the continuous development and profound change of international finance,the research on regional financial legal cooperation in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt has a more important strategic reference significance.The Central Asian region is located in the middle part of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and is an important bridge area connecting the Eurasian continent.The five Central Asian countries are rich in mineral resources such as oil,natural gas,coal and other mineral resources because of their unique geographical location,and maintain close trade relations with China for a long time.In addition,there are many ethnic groups in Central Asia,complex components and many problems left over by history.Therefore,the region has a more typical character in the construction of the economic belt of the silk road.In this context,the financial legal cooperation mechanism of the region is analyzed and grasped,and then a specific understanding and detailed understanding of the legal issues of the overall financial cooperation of the Silk Road are carried out from the side.The article is divided into four chapters.The research contents of each chapter are as follows.The first chapter studies the basic theory of financial and legal cooperation on the silk road.This paper mainly introduces the background of the financial legal cooperation of the Silk Road and the basic theory of the cooperation content,in which the basic theories of the financial legal cooperation of the Silk Road are expounded from three aspects: the legal mechanism of market access,the legal mechanism offoreign exchange control and the legal mechanism of currency circulation.The second chapter studies the current situation of regional financial cooperation between China and Central Asia.The basic connotation and related theories of regional financial cooperation and the inevitability of Central Asia cooperation are analyzed from three aspects: regional economic cooperation and economic cooperation,the realistic demand of RMB internationalization and the inevitable trend of regional financial cooperation.The third chapter studies the legal mechanism of regional financial cooperation between China and Central Asia.The current situation of regional financial cooperation in China and Central Asia,the status of regional financial legal cooperation mechanism and the existing problems in the legal mechanism of regional financial cooperation between China and Central Asia are expounded in three aspects.The fourth chapter studies the methods and suggestions to solve the legal mechanism of financial cooperation between China and Central Asia.Mainly from the improvement of China and Central Asia regional financial cooperation law issues should abide by the principles and the third chapter specific issues of the two aspects of the recommendations.
