Since China's reform and opening up,the comprehensive national strength of China has enhanced markedly and improved people's living standard significantly,.Those changes have a lot of appeals for the Vietnamese women, making the original bidirectional transnational marriage moving towards a trend of one-way flow that more and more Vietnamese women aspire to get married in China to improve the living conditions. The arrival of the Vietnamese migrant women,to a certain extent, eases the gender imbalance, increases local labor resources, promotes the economic development of China's southwest border areas, strengthens cultural exchanges and so on.Vietnamese immigrant women. However, they mostly come to China through illegal channels. They get married with Chinese men, just holding a simple local wedding ceremony.Due to the lack of documents such as passport, marriage certificate, gaining nationality and marriage registration becomes difficult. As a result, their marriages have not been legally recognized and mostly "factual marriages".Their low status and difficulty in integrating into local society resulted in serious thematic missing and social problems. Therefore,it is of great social significance to strengthen the study on Vietnamese female immigrants.Six people in our group went to Guangxi province, living in two villages of Jiangshan town, visited the Vietnamese women immigrants for two weeks.I used multi-point ethnography research, questionnaire and interview method to collect a great deal data about their living situations and difficulties which can become the important basic factors to study the problem of Vietnamese immigrant women subjectivity. In the first chapter, the related concept of immigration is defined and related theories are expounded. The second chapter describes the marriage type of Vietnam women immigrants such as free love, introduced by acquaintances and marriage by cheating. Then I analyze the various factors of Vietnamese migration women, such as historical culture, geographical location, economic income disparity and gender imbalance, which have both positive and negative effects to China.Positive effects are that they act as a new pillar of the family life, the important supplement of the local labor resources, and the promoter of economic development and cultural communication as well as the stability of border village order. The negative influences are that they bring difficulties of management on marriage service, followed by increasing number of illegal crimes and the serious impact on the growth of children. The third chapter points out the subjective predicament of three levels, which are national identity helplessness, social identity conflict and self-identity confusion. On this basis, the fourth chapter illustrates some countermeasures, helping Vietnam women immigrants to reconstruct subjectivity mainly by the state, society and individual. On national identity, first,we should improve national relations and strengthen bilateral cooperation and management.Second,we will establish and improve laws and regulations and moderately relax the conditions of naturalization.Third,we should correct education guidance and develop national identity. On the level of group identity, one is to change the inherent thought and improve the status of women. The second is to play the role of social organization's pluralistic participation in governance.Third,it is interactive participation to promote social integration. On the level of self-identity,one is to take part in skill training to improve learning ability and adaptability.Second,we should learn legal knowledge by ourselves and safeguard our legal rights.Third,it is necessary to build a supporting network to expand our social network.
