An Analysis And Research On The Amount Of Fines In The Criminal Law

As one of the additional penalties stipulated in the criminal law of our country,the penalty and its application will directly affect the practice of judicial practice.The characteristics of the penalty are mainly embodied in the setting of the provisions,the type of the amount,the subject of the crime,the behaviors,the plot and the compulsion.This article will mainly proceed from the existing criminal law,that is,the provisions of the criminal law after the amendment of criminal law(Nine),and make a complete statistical analysis to find the same point and the difference.The basic properties of the fine penalty parameters are summarized,the analysis of the main provisions of the legislative mode of the amount of fine penalty,according to the legislative provisions of the rules of fine penalty amount under the guidance of the analysis of China's criminal law in criminal fines amount,analysis of the drawbacks of the current legislation,put forward some ideas and suggestions to modify the.In order to provide some opinions and corresponding idealized suggestions for the problems of the amount of the penalty amount in China,such as the unclear amount of the provisions,the unequal standard of the amount and the inconsistency with the whole penalty system.
