It is not difficult to think with the implementation of key competence in the field of basic education.To cultivate a group of primary and middle school students with key competence,a group of teachers with key competence is needed.As a future teacher,undergraduate normal students have their own key competence,which is not only an inevitable requirement for the current university student,but also an objective requirement for their future career.Establishing key competence indicators of English undergraduate normal students not only helps English undergraduate normal students to clarify their own development direction,but also helps improve the training of English normal students.On the basis of the literature research method,this paper uses Delphi method to process the expert opinions to arrive at the final key competence index structure.On this basis,the current situation consciousness of English undergraduate teachers is investigated and researched,and suggestions for the cultivation of English undergraduates are put forward.This article mainly includes the following four aspects:The first part: The introduction of this article starts from the research origin,and based on the current status of research at home and abroad,the research ideas and research methods of this article are explained separately.Based on this,the index construction was carried out.Starting from the three aspects of related concepts,construction principles and construction basis,the key competence items of preliminary English undergraduate teachers were selected,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 25 third level indicators.The second part: This article adopts Delphi method.First,the key competence indicators initially selected in Chapter 1 are turned into questionnaire open questionnaires and distributed to experts in various schools to let experts evaluate key competence.On the basis of the first round of experts,a second round of expert scoring was conducted.Two experts were selected to perform the IAHP analytic hierarchy process,and the final key competence indicators were obtained.The third part: the final index established by Delphi method is used to investigate the status quo of key competence of English undergraduate normal students,to understand how much attention English undergraduate normal students attach to their key competence.According to the survey results,there are significant differences in the importance of English undergraduate teachers in different schools and different grades;the importance of pedagogical knowledge of English undergraduate teachers to their own is relatively low;Low consciousness is also existing.The fourth part: put forward five suggestions on the cultivation of key competence of English undergraduate normal students: establish the cultivation concept of English undergraduate normal students;enhance the importance of English undergraduate normal students' teacher morality;improve the training system of English undergraduate normal students;strengthen the skills training of English undergraduate normal students;enhance Self-reflection consciousness of English undergraduate teachers.
