The world we live in is a whole macro ecosystem,and the classroom,as a part of the real world,is a relatively independent micro ecosystem in which teachers and students have various relationships.At present,the classroom is interactive between teachers and students,and English as a language subject,speech behavior is the main teaching behavior of teachers,so the current primary school English classroom is mainly interactive between teachers and students.In the actual teaching process,due to the neglect of the ecological relationship between the various parts of the micro ecosystem,the interaction between teachers and students has a variety of problems.Based on the theory of ecological teaching,this study takes the speech interaction between teachers and students in primary school English classroom as the research object.By analyzing the interaction between teachers and students and curriculum teaching resources,between teachers and students,between students and students,between teachers and their existing knowledge and experience,etc.,it aims to achieve the balance of the relationship between each ecological subject and achieve the most effective classroom interaction.In such a micro ecosystem as classroom,it helps students to acquire knowledge and skills that can be transferred to a larger ecosystem,cultivate students’ cross-cultural awareness and communication ability,and guide them to a wider world.In the classroom interaction,guide students to learn to think,learn to cooperate,learn to express,learn to listen,learn to help,learn to understand others’ emotions,and finally achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.This observation is mainly based on the five characteristics of the ecological teaching concept.Taking the English classroom of the fourth grade D teacher of Nanjing x primary school and the real video of the classroom that won the first prize in the 11 th National Primary School English teacher teaching basic skills competition as the research object,using the improved Flanders interactive analysis system,and using the matrix analysis method to divide the class examples from the continuous speech behavior of teachers and students and the classroom structure Analysis of teaching model,analysis of teachers’ tendency or style,analysis of teachers’ and students’ emotional atmosphere and analysis of technology use are the six aspects to present the observation results of a single class.Then through the method of proportion analysis,the author summarizes the observation results of five classes: theproportion of teachers’ speech,the proportion of students’ speech,the proportion of silence in class,the proportion of technology application,the proportion of positive and defective cases.Based on the results of the above classroom observation,from the perspective of the five principles of ecological teaching,we design and carry out interviews between teachers and students,and analyze the causes of the problems from the perspective of ecology,so as to make suggestions for Optimizing Teachers’ classroom speech behavior,enriching the teaching process,and creating a harmonious classroom ecological environment,so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom interaction,and ultimately achieve the sustainable development of students.
