The cognitive control mechanism of self-information as attention capture during disturbance is a hot topic and a controversial issue in recent years.In the past,when researchers explored the cognitive control mechanism of attention capture of self-information,they did not control the size of the attention window,that is,the size of the attention range when scanning the initial stage of information.However,recent research on additional singleton tasks found that the size of the attention window can be The cognitive control mechanism that affects visual selection.Specifically,the researchers found that when the attention window is large,the cognitive control mechanism of attention capture is stimulus-driven bottom-up,and then turned into goal-driven top-down Cognitive control mechanism;when the attention window is small,attention capture is a top-down target-driven cognitive control mechanism.After that,it is still a top-down cognitive control mechanism.In addition,researchers mainly discuss the cognitive control mechanism of self-attention capture using response time as an indicator.The response reflects the combined results of early attention capture(attention orientation)and late attention away from attention(attention disengagement).The previous study did not discuss early attention orientation(attention capture)and late attention disengagement separately.Because orientation more reflects the selection of information from sensory input,and the detachment stage is more a process of conflict resolution,the two are not affected by the top-down target set.The effect of top-down cognitive control mechanisms on self-attention capture may be only found in the attention disengagement stage.At the same time,combined with the study of attention windows,we can further speculate that the cognitive control mechanisms of self-attention attention capture(attention orientation)and disengagement under different conditions of attention windows may be different.Therefore,this study mainly explores two issues:(1)whether the attention window affects the cognitive control mechanism of self-information attention orientation and disengagement;(2)whether the self-information attention capture(attention orientation)stage is regulated from top to bottom.This study uses the variants of the social connection paradigm and the spatial cues paradigm.With the help of ERP technology,two studies explore the role of the attention window in regulating the orientation and disengagement of self-information attention capture.The purpose of Study 1 is to investigate the cognitive control mechanism of self-information attention orientation and disengagement under the condition of small attention window(attention concentration).The purpose of Study 2 is to examine the cognitive control mechanism of self-information attention orientation and disengagement under the condition of large attention window(attentional dispersal).The research results found that when the attention window is small(concentrated),when the self and stranger learned during the connection phase is related to the goal of the test phase,that is,the target of the connection phase is a red or green circle,and the circle within the target box of the test phase The color of is also red or green(Experiment 1).Compared with strangers,the ego has rapid attention orientation and delayed detachment,and induces greater late LPC volatility during the orientation and detachment stages.When the self and stranger learned in the connection phase have nothing to do with the goal in the test phase,that is,the target in the connection phase is a red or green ring,but the color of the ring in the target box of the test phase is orange or cyan(Experiment 2).Both self and stranger are attention-oriented and detached.No significant difference.When the attention window is large(distracted),even if the self and stranger learned during the connection phase is irrelevant to the goal during the test phase(Experiment 3),the ego has fast orientation and delayed disengagement of attention compared to strangers,and the self in the orientation and disengagement phase Induces greater N2 a peak amplitude and shorter N2 a latency.Conclusion: The attention window affects the cognitive control mechanism of attention orientation(attention capture)and disengagement of self-information.Whether the attention capture of self-information is regulated by the top-down target orientation also depends on the size of the attention window.Specifically: when the attention window is small,the cognitive control mechanism of self-information attention orientation and disengagement is top-down.When the attention window is large,the cognitive control mechanism of self-information attention orientation and disengagement is bottom-up.
