Tsurumi Shunsuke is a well-known thinker,social activist,and popular culture researcher in Japan after the war.His thoughts are an important part of the history of Japanese thought after the war.His popular culture theory is an important part of his thoughts.His research fields mainly include pragmatism research,popular culture research,and turn-to-turn research,etc.,and based on the "public" is his basic position.In common with the Japanese thinkers in the early postwar period,he was also thinking about how to rebuild the subjectivity of the post-war Japanese masses.Different from other thinkers,he has a clear public position and strong public sentiment,so that he always observes and understands social issues with a prudent and alert eye,so it is quite popular and expected.His popular culture theory has a wide influence on the development of Japanese popular culture after the war.From 1945 to the end of the 1980 s,he left a large number of mass culture research achievements,books,etc.His theoretical research results and practical activities provided rich nutrition for the study of Japanese mass society and mass culture.The study of Tsurumi's mass culture theory not only helps to deeply understand and grasp Tsurumi's overall thoughts,but also helps to have a glimpse of the history of Japanese thought after the war.It has a certain enlightenment significance.This article mainly adopts the methods of inductive deduction,logical reasoning and comparative research of history,as well as the research methods of related disciplines such as philosophy and sociology.From the perspective of the history of thought,taking Tsurumi 's speech and behavior center,combined with the political,economic,social background and the mutual influence of the characters 'thoughts,Tsurumi 's popular culture theory is based on three aspects: ideological premise,development track and evaluation Conduct a comprehensive analysis with a view to gaining inspiration from it.This article is divided into five parts in structure.The first and fifth parts are introduction and conclusion.Among the three chapters of the subject,the first chapter mainly analyzes the premise of Tsurumi Shunsuke's popular culture theory.It is mainly divided into three sections.The first section mainly analyzes the family background of Tsurumi Shunsuke and discusses the influence of the family as the origin of Tsurumi's thought.The second section mainly analyzes the background of Tsurumi 's growing up and discusses the foundation of his research on popular culture.The third section mainly analyzes the knowledge background of Tsurumi Shunsuke and discusses the influences of Tsurumi Shunsuke's thoughts in his early years.The second chapter mainly discusses the content and development trajectory of Tsurumi's mass culture theory,and divides Tsurumi's mass culture thought into three development stages,divided into three sections.The first section introduces the main ideas of Tsurumi's popular culture during the formation period by analyzing the main works of Tsurumi from 1945 to the mid-1950 s.The second section introduces the main ideas of Tsurumi's popular culture in the development period by analyzing the main works of Tsurumi from the early 1950 s to the mid-1970 s and the behavior analysis in social movements.Section III analyzes the main ideas of the period when Tsurumi's popular culture theory was finally formed(from the late 1970 s to the late 20 th century)in the same way.The third chapter is the overall evaluation of Tsurumi Shunsuke's popular culture theory,mainly from two aspects of characteristics and limitations.This article mainly analyzes and interprets the formation and development trajectory of Tsurumi Shunsuke's popular culture theory,and evaluates the characteristics,limitations,and values of the popular culture theory and draws inspiration from it.
