Roland Barthes(1915-1980),is a famous contemporary French literary theorist,a cultural critic and a leading representative of French structuralism.Throughout his life,Barthes devoted himself to revealing his personal life experience and opposed "doxa"mainly through prose or piecemeal semiotic writing. There are a lot of studies on the theoretical part of Barthes’s semiological thought at home and abroad. However,it is his semiological writing about life, including clothing, food, living, walking, love and death, which is the most important and can not be ignored in his semioticcriticism. And the important thing is,for Barthes, semiotics has always been a part of an emotional movement. However,at present, there is not much systematic researches on this part in China. Therefore, this paper which is a whole research on Roland Barthes’s Semiological Writing about Human Life Experience:"body and work","dwelling and walking","love and death".Here, there are two points to note:one is that the internal research of each chapter is not simply to separate and juxtapose, but to blend with each other. For example,in the chapter "Love and death",in the analysis, love and death are not separated from each other. The cause of this phenomenon has a great relationship with the object of research.Barthes’s love contains a longing for suicide, and death will bring great pain to Barthes, because the deceased is the love of Barthes. So,the study of Barthes’s semiotics writing about "death" contains the study of Barthes’s semiotics writing about "love",and vice versa; The other is that there are overlapping parts between the three chapters of thisthesis. For example,in the(second chapter)"dwelling and walking",must include Barthes’s semiotical writing on "clothing" and "diet",especially,Japanese food culture. This thesis consists introduction, main body and conclusion. The structure of this paper is as follows:Before the body part of text is "Introduction".First of all, under the background of"the age of structuralism in a broad sense",this paper briefly introduces Roland Barthes’s position and research value.Secondly, the significance of the topic is discussed, from the perspective of Barthes’s semiotics writing on human survival experience in Barthes’s thought and the important position of Barthes’s research at home and abroad. The reason, significance and rationality of choosing this subject are answered.Thirdly,it explains the meaning of semiotics writing to Barthes, that is,to make clear the "human life experience".In addition,it points out the research methods of this paper:"spliting" and "reorganizing",reading the text carefully and contrast analysis(including looking for the evidences and solutions from Barthes’s own texts, compared with other theorists),etc.First,in order not to stick to Barthes’s prose writing or piecewise writing,we must look for continuity, some themes or factors in Barthes’s texts.Writing is Barthes’s biggest theme.Language signi is both Barthes’s weapon and the object of Barthes’s writing.Second, there are some sub-themes in the specific text, when reading a certain text of Barthes,we should according to the specific theme to campare Barthes’s other texts with the target article,in order to find mutual proof and interpretation;Third,Barthes made it clear that his thoughts were influenced by some scholars,so that we could link this part of the text with these studies and refer to their point of view appropriately;Fourth, because of the temperament of writer,Barthes often writes the great events and subtle feelings he has experienced in his lifeinto his works,so Barthes’s text is closely related to his life experience. Therefore, comparing the major events in Barthes’s life with the corresponding texts can be regarded as a way to study Barthes’s text. The main body contains three chapters, like the following. The first chapter,"body and work",starts with "body",which always hiding in Barthes’s text. From the five senses of the body, this paper discusses how Barthes incorporated the body into his symbolic writing. On the sick body, tuberculosis has changed the way of his life.In addition, this chapter focuses on the Barthes’s writing and the characteristics of Barthes’s fragmented writing.Barthes paid special attention to how people’s lives were understood and incorporated everything in the life into his text. From this point of view, life was "textualized" and "symbolized" by him.So in the end of this chapter,in the process of Barthes’s criticism of "myth" in the culture of the masses, this chapter discusses how Barthes applied semiotics principles to write daily cultural life. The second chapter,"living and traveling",for Barthes,is a living state.Barthes has started this way of life since he was young:from Cherbourg to Bajonne, from Bajonne and to Paris."Living and walking" was the norm of Barthes’s life.As he did not get a regular job,Barthes had to travel around the country to make a living.SFurthermore, visiting Japan many times, fleeing from the events of May 1968 to Morocco, moreover, coming to China, and the like. This chapter will mainly analyze Barthes’s writing about the sign of cultural daily life in Japen, and grasp the theme of"Nothingness" sign to read Empire of Signs. The third chapter "Love and death",makes a careful reading of Barthes’s Lovers Discourse and Mourning Diary. At the same time,it refers to the texts of Roland Barthes by Roland Barthes,Inaugural speech of Literary semiotics Lecture at French College and others. This paper discusses how to use language signs to write the rich perceptual experience of human beings.
