Research On The Cultivation Of Engineering Ethics Quality Of Engineering College Students

Modern engineering has the inherent attributes of multi-stakeholder,complexity of integration elements and uncertainty of engineering risk.The core idea of engineering ethics is to benefit human beings,protect nature and control risks.The goal of cultivating students’ ethical quality is to guide ethical cognition,arouse moral emotion and form ethical consciousness.Engineering ethics education enables students to understand the special nature of engineering and its profound social consequences,improve engineering students’ attention to stakeholders in engineering activities,and increase their awareness of social responsibility.Engineering ethics education can avoid engineering risk.Provide behavioral guidance for engineering students;Enhancing the effectiveness of engineering ethics.Through research,it is found that the current engineering ethics cognition status of engineering college students mainly includes: engineering ethics cognitive deviation,engineering thinking narrowness,social responsibility indifference,value tendency of individualism value.The following problems still exist in the cultivation of engineering ethic quality of engineering students in our country: The purposes of rural elementary education are not clear;The inner unity of science and technology reality and ethics should be separated;Engineering ethics is weak in practice.Educational mode cannot adapt to economic society;The lack of professional teachers resources;bad social ethos.Aiming at the conception of engineering ethics quality training for engineering college students: reconstructing the idea of engineering ethics quality training for engineering college students,establishing high-quality engineering ethics education and scientific research team,perfecting the system of engineering ethics quality training for engineering college students,and creating a social environment that attaches importance to engineering ethics.
