In contemporary art,many artists use the idea of time as the creative intention to be applied and presented in the specific art practice project.The expression of time concept shows that the artist's perception of self-existence in the change of time and the philosophy of time.Timeliness is not only presented in the art of art,but also in the form of a direct performance time theme,and the process of the change in time can also be reflected by the process record of a certain period of time.Timeliness is not only in the concept consciousness of the artist,but also as the creation element and the medium through the time material.So,I thought Temporal painting is an expression of artists' self-perception of time,and it is a microscopic experience of the development track of life.It is reflected in the process of creation,and the process of change and development of things is shown one by one in the process of time.In this paper,the author tries to realize the idea expression in the creation of the woodblock by using the wood plate as the research direction and trying to dig the clues and the possibility of the wood-plate overprint in the time-based expression from the pure nature of the print-body language.Wood-plate overprint is a kind of printmaking technology with complex and indirect characteristics.Its indirectness determines that the present style of the work is not the direct painting of the other painting,but rather the indirect printing process to make the gauge mark to get the whole picture of the work.Thereby realizing the creative intention of the artist.In addition,the complex nature of the printmaking also has the anti-renaturation of the behavior and the manufacturing process of the wood printing and the production process,so that a strong time can be generated.A sense of feeling.The superposition marks produced under the influence of the plural and the indirectness have the same time in the same plane,which means that at the time of the presentation of the final effect of the work,each overlay mark is clearly displayed in the picture in a procedural manner.The overlay mark is fixed on the substrate in the form of interleaving,juxtaposition,melting and overlapping,so that the thinking of the artist can be recorded in every key node in the authoring process,and the step-by-stepbehavior process of the artist during the time is shown.This is the point-to-drop record of the time process as well as the accumulation of self-life.
